Job Title: Executive Administrator

Location: Beverly Hills / Los Angeles, CA

About Us

We are a fast-paced office dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and concierge-level service. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Administrator to support leadership and ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, appointments, and high-level meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a polished, professional environment
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and accountability
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and operational logistics
  • Assist in implementing systems to improve workflow and organization

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, clients, and internal teams
  • Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, emails, and documents
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure alignment across departments

Client Experience

  • Provide exceptional, concierge-level service to clients and VIP guests
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the client services team to maintain a luxury experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • $24 - $28 per hour + performance-based bonuses
  • 30–40 hours per week
