This Position reports to:

Business Manager - E2E

Key Responsibilities

• Manages complex administrative tasks, supports department processes, and handles confidential executive support
• Prepares reports, presentations, and handles internal/external communication to ensure smooth information flow
• Organizes critical events and logistics, including travel, accommodation, and external speaker arrangements
• Supports financial tracking and marketing activities, while also coaching junior administrative staff when needed

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish
• Proactive, eager to learn, flexible, open-minded, and a team player
