Job Responsibilities

We are looking for Executive Assistant to Product Development Leaders who will join our team at Ford Otosan.

Job Description

• Assisting Engineering and Technology Development Leaders for daily business activities,
• Scheduling meetings, events and appointments,
• Respond on their behalf to all relevant issues as directed by the Engineering and Technology Development Leaders,
• Works in a professional and focused manner to schedule internal and external meetings,
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the Engineering and Technology Development Leader's schedule is followed and respected,
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Engineering and Technology Development Leaders and internal departments,
• Works closely and effectively with the Engineering and Technology Development Leaders to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately,
• Greeting and guiding of visitors,
• Taking part in documentation and archiving processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related fields,
• Excellent command both written and spoken English,
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
• Good time management skills, Self motivated and a good team player,
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Set,
• Clear thinker, problem solver and practical,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Contribute positively and pro-actively to new and changing situations,
• Be flexible and adaptive to challenges.
