Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.

Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and responding appropriately.

Assist with event planning and coordination for client meetings, conferences, and company events.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects and presentations.

Assist in tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

1-2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanour.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work assignments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus but not required.
