Position Summary
We are seeking an
Executive Assistant (IC)
with 2–4 years of experience to support senior leaders. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel/expenses, and providing operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for senior leaders.

Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.

Handle expense reports and approvals.

Coordinate events, off-sites, and stakeholder communications.

Track simple metrics, reports, and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Partner with HR, IT, and Admin for smooth operations.
Qualifications
-
2–4 years of EA/administrative support in fast-paced environments.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in G-Suite / MS Office; exposure to expense/travel tools.

Familiarity with AI tools for scheduling, reporting, or automation is a plus.

Professional, discreet, and adaptable in dynamic settings.
