Provide administrative support to and act as a liaison between the Managing Director, CEO, employees, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-level, tailored support to the organization’s CEO and Managing Director.

Manage the CEO's and the Managing Director’s calendar in an organized and efficient manner, including scheduling meetings and appointments and coordinating extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO and the Managing Director.

Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring the CEO and Managing Director are well-prepared.

Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Precisely and strategically execute a variety of tasks with high attention to detail, organization, and process.

Help plan and implement special projects, ongoing projects, and events as directed by the CEO and Managing Director, including some of a personal nature.

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Maintain organized records and files for the Executive Office.

Partner closely with colleagues to plan and execute meetings and coordinate shared activities.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Ensure the Managing Director is well-informed and equipped for all engagements

Exceptional scheduling, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pivot and reprioritize at a moment’s notice.
