Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications — particularly Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable to change, and thrive in a fast-paced business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and design board deck presentations and executive reports using PowerPoint .
  • Develop and maintain budgets, expense reports, and financial tracking tools using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, and charts).
  • Support executive-level communications, correspondence, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, off-sites, and special events.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
    • Demonstrated experience creating polished board and executive presentations .
    • Strong budgeting and travel management experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Proven ability to adapt to change and maintain professionalism in dynamic business environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
