Executive Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This Contract to Permanent position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, this role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by managing critical projects and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including presentations and reports.
• Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication.
• Oversee and execute special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Prepare and manage expense reports, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Create high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external audiences.
• Generate detailed reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain a composed and attentive demeanor while handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and present data effectively.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
• Proven expertise in managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating complex meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong ability to create well-structured presentations and detailed reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing expense reports and adhering to company policies.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
