We are looking for an Executive Assistant - Male for a client in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Support office operations including documentation, filing, and record management.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Monitor emails and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in organizing events, trainings, and company activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
