Role Description

MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE ADMIN EXPERIENCE. This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. The Real Estate Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the real estate team, handling customer service inquiries, managing communications, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Other roles include taking care of the contracts with developers, MOU, invoices and cold calling

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Confident to cold call
  • Has a driving license
  • Proficient in Customer Service and Administrative Assistance
  • Understanding of Real Estate both off plan and secondary
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA/EA, preferably in real estate or investment firms High level of organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and professional presentation Able to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Discretion and loyalty are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
