What awaits you in this role?

• Assisting Leader for daily business activities,

• Scheduling meetings, events and appointments,

• Responding on behalf of Business Lead to all relevant issues as directed,

• Scheduling internal and external meetings in a professional and focused manner,

• Planning, coordinating and ensuring Leader 's schedule is followed and respected,

• Providing a bridge for smooth communication between Lead and internal departments,

• Working closely and effectively with Leader to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately,

• Greeting and guiding visitors,

• Taking part in documentation and archiving processes.

What are we looking for in this position?

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,

• Fluent in written and spoken English, as the role requires frequent communication with international guests.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,

• Good time management skills, self-motivated and a good team player,

• Computer proficiency in MS Office Set,

• Clear thinker, problem solver and practical,

• Open to innovation culture,

• Contribute positively and proactively to new and changing situations,

• Be flexible and adaptive to challenges,

Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational and communication skills,

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

• High attention to detail,

Role Location

•Based in Kocaeli or İstanbul, preference will be Kocaeli, requiring availability to work in Gölcük and İstanbul.
