Executive Assistant

We are currently representing a Global Asset Manager and have been mandated to find an Executive Assistant plus Business Development Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & C-suite Alignment

Operational Oversight:
Review and analyse global operational performance metrics, providing the C-suite with critical, consolidated reports and insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

System Optimisation:
Champion and oversee key projects to enhance core business systems (e.g., reporting, governance, resource allocation) to improve efficiency and scalability across the global platform.

Issue Resolution:
Act as a central point of contact and expediter for critical, high-priority issues that require C-suite attention, ensuring swift and decisive resolution.
Governance and Reporting

Board and Executive Coordination:
Manage the agenda, preparation, and follow-up actions for Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings, ensuring materials are professional, accurate, and strategically focused.

Risk and Compliance System Monitoring:
Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and other relevant executives to ensure that global management systems and operational procedures comply with UAE and international regulatory standards, with a specific focus on the Abu Dhabi regulatory environment.

Global Communication:
Facilitate structured and consistent communication channels from the C-suite to the broader executive and management team, ensuring clarity on strategic priorities and organisational changes.
Organisational Management

Resource Allocation:
Advise the C-suite on optimal allocation of organisational resources (human, financial, technological) to support the highest-priority strategic goals.

Leadership Support:
Support the C-suite in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-potential leaders across the global footprint.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of
10+ years
of progressive experience in management, strategic planning, or a similar high-level strategic/operational role within a large, global organisation, preferably a financial or asset management firm.

Regional Expertise:
Proven experience operating within the
Abu Dhabi/UAE business environment
is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of regional regulatory and commercial practices.

C-suite Exposure:
Demonstrated experience reporting directly to or regularly interacting with the C-suite or Board of Directors.

Languages:
Fluent in English; Arabic would be a strong advantage.
