Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in Cheverly, Maryland. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, responding to inquiries, and coordinating meetings. This is a Contract position with the potential for long-term growth, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars efficiently, ensuring all appointments and meetings are properly scheduled and conflicts are minimized.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and other correspondence.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes.
• Arrange and oversee travel plans, including booking transportation and accommodations.
• Maintain and update schedules to ensure all deadlines and commitments are met.
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and filing.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proven experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role.
• Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
• Strong skills in coordinating and arranging travel plans.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
