Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the daily schedule, meetings, and travel plans of the General Manager
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, travels, and corporate events
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct regular reporting and data analysis; create detailed Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination with international group companies
  • Actively participate in corporate communication and organizational activities
  • Manage administrative processes and ensure smooth office operations
  • Support managerial decision-making processes with an analytical and solution-oriented approach


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related fields)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications , especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, discreet, and proactive
