. We are seeking a
Personal Assistant to the Chairman
to run a high-impact executive office and ensure flawless coordination across business and personal priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
-
Orchestrate the Chairman’s complex calendar; sequence meetings, reviews, and commitments for maximum impact.

Plan and manage domestic/international travel (visas, flights, accommodations) and complete related expenses and reimbursements.

Prepare, edit, and polish presentations, briefs, and executive communications with precision and confidentiality.

Handle highly sensitive, strategic information with absolute discretion.
Governance, Coordination & Follow-Up

Set up leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and key corporate events; manage agendas, minutes, and action tracking.

Ensure timely follow-up on priorities and cross-functional deliverables; keep the Executive Leadership Team aligned.
Digital Tools & Productivity

Drive effective use of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote/Planner) to increase clarity, speed, and transparency.

Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements.
Office & Administrative Operations
-
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s office; coordinate vendors, invoicing, and budget tracking.

Support onboarding/logistics for visiting executives and new leadership hires; collaborate closely with other EAs.
Relationship Management & Culture

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and representative of company values in all internal/external interactions.

Show sound judgment, diplomacy, and composure in time-critical situations.
Personal Support
-
Manage elements of the Chairman’s personal calendar, travel, and household logistics where needed.

Coordinate family/guest arrangements, personal appointments, and special occasions with tact and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree;
10+ years
of relevant executive support experience (Chairman/CEO level preferred).

Native Turkish
and
fluent English
with crisp written and verbal communication.

Outstanding organization and prioritization skills; comfort handling multiple moving parts under time pressure.

Analytical, solution-oriented mindset and calm execution in fast-changing contexts.

High attention to detail, reliability, and impeccable ethics.

Collaborative team player able to build trust across all levels and functions.
Location:
Istanbul (HQ) with flexibility for occasional travel.
