We design and produce high-quality TPE and textile mats for global customers—from aftermarket distributors to OEMs and e-commerce consumers.


We’re a fast-growing, family-owned manufacturing company with a practical, hands-on culture. Our team includes 10+ white-collar and 50+ total employees, supported by strong international partners.


As we expand our global operations, we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and resourceful Executive Operations Assistant to work directly with our Managing Partner and help keep company priorities on track.


About the Role


This role functions like a CEO’s Office position in a start-up — but within a dynamic, family-owned manufacturing and consumer products company.


You’ll work side-by-side with the Managing Partner to manage priorities, follow-ups, communication, and team coordination across departments and partners. Expect to work from a cozy office right in the heart of our bustling industrial site — where the real action happens.


You’ll handle diverse daily tasks, from scheduling and recruitment support to project follow-ups. Over time, this position can evolve into broader coordination or management responsibilities as the company grows and you grow with it.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or related).
  • 3–8 years of total work experience, ideally in administrative, coordination, or operations functions.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish (written & spoken).
  • Strong organization , multitasking, and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable managing both simple tasks and complex communications.
  • Positive, loyal, trustworthy, and discreet .
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
  • Experience with Asana is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or international company settings is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the Managing Partner’s daily schedule, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Support internal and external communication with professionalism and clarity.
  • Filter and prioritize incoming business requests and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Follow up on priority actions assigned to direct reports.
  • Organize travel, meetings, and visitor logistics.
  • Handle daily operational paperwork (expenses, contracts, signatures, etc.).
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and short reports.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding for team members reporting to the Managing Partner.
  • Gather information from teams and prepare status updates on priority projects.
  • Keep Asana boards and Google documents organized and up to date.
  • Own company communications content on digital mediums such as LinkedIn and corporate web page and physical events such as exhibitions.
  • Track key legal topics such as IPs.


Conditions


  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30 (on-site, 5 days)
  • Location: İkitelli OSB, Başakşehir / Istanbul (10 min walk from metro)
  • Benefits : Competitive salary + lunch + transport allowance + full SGK + private health insurance after 3 months
  • Contract: 1-year renewable or convertible to permanent upon mutual agreement
  • Reports to: Managing Partner
