DEVA is seeking for an "Executive Assisstant" ;

• Graduation from university or associate degree
• Minimum 5 years of executive assistant job experience
• Advanced command of both spoken and written English
• Advanced in using MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent coordination, problem solving, dealing and analytical thinking capabilities
• Having excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented, self-directed and multitasking
• No restrictions for travel internationally

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting the executive role in reporting, presentations, organisations and daily businesses,
• Handling internal and external communication, organising the agenda,
• Managing all travel and accommodation bookings,
• Coordinating the communication among divisions,
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings,
• Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors
