Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and optimize executive time effectively.
  • Organize travel and visa arrangements, including hotel, car rental, and itinerary planning.
  • Draft, review, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, documentation records, and mail/courier logs.
  • Coordinate and provide support during executive meetings, events, and protocol-based gatherings.
  • Assist with conference/seminar registrations and office-wide coordination during visits or special events.
  • Observe strict confidentiality and manage sensitive data with integrity.
  • Assist in finance-related tasks of C-level executives, including invoicing and expense claims.
  • Take over responsibilities from other secretaries during their leave periods.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative role
  • Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative role
  • Previous experience in corporate or multinational environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with executive protocol and corporate etiquette

Skills:

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude
