Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Prepare regular reports, memos, and business presentations.
  • Oversee office budgets, expenses, and purchasing of supplies.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to the administrative team (assistants, drivers, receptionists, etc.).
  • Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support implementation of company policies and ensure compliance across the office.
  • Coordinate between departments to facilitate communication and administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or executive administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
