Executive Assistant to Founder Location: Dubai (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Founder – Award-winning Blogger, Investor & Entrepreneur

About the Role You’ll be working directly with a high-performing solopreneur who operates across multiple domains

— digital media, investing, wellness, and real estate

— while maintaining a grounded, mindful lifestyle.

This is not a narrow desk job. You’ll manage moving parts across business, travel, and personal life. The pace can be fast, the variety high, and the learning curve steep. Your north star: save time, reduce friction, and keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Coordination

● Manage the founder’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities, ensuring clarity and flow across meetings and projects.

● Coordinate with vendors, consultants, coaches, and trainers (finance, SEO, gym, yoga, etc.).

● Handle bills, invoices, and expense tracking, maintaining accurate financial logs.

● Maintain internal systems (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT, etc.) to ensure all workflows stay in sync.

2. Project & Travel Management

● Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across digital businesses, real estate ventures, and wellness projects.

● Manage flight bookings, conference registrations, and visas for global travel.

● Plan and Book hotels, restaurants, and experiences with attention to aesthetics, energy, and purpose of each trip.

3. Lifestyle & Family Support

● Coordinate schedules for the founder’s family, and home logistics.

● Book appointments (doctors, therapists, spa, hair, wellness treatments).

● Handle purchases, order tracking, and returns with accountability and simplicity.

● Maintain lists of past family activities, preferences, and what worked well.

4. Communication & Research

● Draft and manage emails, reports, SOPs, and affiliate communications with strong written English.

● Conduct light research and synthesis — from investment data to travel options to affiliate trends.

● Manage relationships via CRM tools (DEX, Notion) — maintaining contact notes and low-key outreach reminders.

5. Systems & Automation

● Support process design, templates, and SOP documentation for recurring workflows.

● Use AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI) to simplify repetitive work.

● Track progress and build dashboards for recurring activities (finance, wellness, real estate).

Who You Are

Preferred Background

● 3–6 years of experience as an EA, Project Coordinator, or Operations Assistant.

● Exposure to startup, creative, or digital business environments.

● Experience managing multi-context work (professional + personal).

● Strong written English and comfort with remote collaboration tools. Growth Path This role can evolve into Operations Partner for the right person — someone who not only executes but begins to think in systems, anticipate needs, and co-design better workflows.

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per year
