To provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The Emirati Admin will assist in documentation, coordination with departments, handling correspondence, and supporting HR and facility-related tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor and cultural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Handle routine correspondence, filing, and document control (soft and hard copies).
  • Prepare and manage reports, memos, and internal communications.
  • Support in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Assist in procurement requests, quotations, and coordination with vendors.

Office & Facility Management

  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
  • Coordinate maintenance, courier, and logistics requests with service providers.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery.

HR & Employee Coordination

  • Support HR team with onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in attendance, leave tracking, and ID card issuance.
  • Coordinate internal staff communication (announcements, events, notices).

Government Liaison (if applicable)

  • Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor card, and Emiratisation-related documentation.
  • Maintain records related to Tawteen, Nafis, and Emiratisation programs.

Customer / Visitor Management

  • Greet visitors courteously and ensure a professional front-office experience.
  • Manage meeting schedules and assist with client hospitality.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles (fresh graduates under Emiratisation programs may be considered).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude, confidentiality, and reliability.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and Emiratisation initiatives is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,300.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
