Executive Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and seasoned Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our senior leadership team. This role is critical for ensuring seamless executive operations, optimizing workflows, and enabling decision-making at the highest level of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting CEO-level executives in large, complex organizations, and will be highly proficient with modern technology tools to drive efficiency. This is an opportunity to operate in a dynamic and high-impact environment, contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO or senior executive leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics at local, and international levels
  • Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality
  • Serve as a strategic liaison, coordinating effectively with internal teams, government stakeholders, and external partners
  • Drive workflow optimization and process improvements across the executive office
  • Support key projects, special initiatives, and decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate information
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and governance
  • Mentor and guide other administrative team members as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEO-level executives in large, complex organization
  • Highly technology-savvy with proficiency in executive productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and virtual meeting technologies
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Arabic speaker is a plus
