We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and ensure smooth daily operations
Key responsibilities include:-
-Managing the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting summaries
- Handling emails, correspondence, and follow-ups- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Tracking tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a CEO Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Residence in Giza- Having a car is a must
