Secretary

MARC for Medical Services and Scientific Research is an integrative research center that aims to advance science by conducting research in interdisciplinary disease areas. Our goal is to conduct high-priority and ethical basic, preclinical and clinical research, bridging the gap between science and community to improve health and quality of life.

MARC is looking to have an experienced candidate for Secretary

• Key responsibilities:
• • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and conducting inventory counts.
  • Process and follow up on purchasing requests through the Oracle system.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including drafting official letters and professional emails.
  • Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day office coordination.

Requirements

• • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Oracle system experience is a plus.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Cairo, Giza, or 6th of October City is preferred.
