Administrative Assistant

Location: North Coast

We are looking for a Project Administrator to support our North Coast project by handling all administrative, coordination, scheduling, and documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the project team
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and daily activities
  • Manage project documentation and records
  • Support operations and team coordination
  • Liaise with Head Office and relevant departments

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s university degree.

- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or project-based role.

- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.

- Good command of English and Arabic.
