The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. What you'll do:

The Facilities Coordinator will support the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a seamless, safe, and highly functional workplace. This role involves managing a variety of soft and hard services, coordinating corporate travel, and assisting with the strategic fit-out and relocation to a new office space.


Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance & Housekeeping:

  • Conduct daily floor walks to identify and log maintenance issues (furniture, plumbing, electrical).
  • Coordinate with technicians and contractors to ensure all repairs are completed with minimal disruption.
  • Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all workspaces, kitchens, and restrooms.


2. Security & Safety:

  • Assist in monitoring CCTV systems and implementing office security protocols.
  • Maintain the office "Lost & Found" log and manage employee access cards.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are met and fire safety equipment is regularly inspected.


3. Logistics & Event Management:

  • Oversee the setup of meeting rooms and event spaces for large-scale corporate gatherings.
  • Manage buffet supplies, catering deliveries, and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate internal company events, ensuring all logistical needs are met on time.


4. Travel Management:

  • Handle all employee and executive travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation (Uber).
  • Reconcile travel expenses and ensure compliance with company travel policies.


5. Office Fit-out & Relocation (Special Project)

  • Support the Facilities Manager in the new office site selection and fit-out process.
  • Act as a point of contact for contractors during the construction/design phase.
  • Assist in the physical transfer of assets and employees to the new location to ensure a smooth transition.
