Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist at TMG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our shopping centers. Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple shopping centers managed by TMG.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in budget planning and control for operational expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Support in tenant relations and resolving operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
