As an Operations Specialist at TMG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our shopping centers. Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple shopping centers managed by TMG.

Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operational.

Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Assist in budget planning and control for operational expenses.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.

Conduct regular inspections to identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Assist in the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Support in tenant relations and resolving operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
