People Operations Officer

To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new People Operations Officer.


Job Purpose

Execute and administer People Operations activities with a primary focus on offboarding management, HR archiving, and medical insurance administration, while acting as a reliable backup across all People Operations scopes.

The role requires a highly adaptable, analytical, and solution-oriented individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and support ad-hoc operational needs as required.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding processes accurately and on time
  • Maintain structured and compliant employee records and archiving
  • Handle medical insurance & social insurance and updates in coordination with both vendors
  • Act as a backup across People Operations (leave, attendance, data changes, payroll inputs..etc)
  • Support People Ops activities during peak periods and special projects
  • Ensure HR data accuracy in SAP and compliance with local labor law
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in processes and proactively propose improvements


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in People Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience working with SAP is a strong plus
  • Good understanding of People operations and labor law fundamentals
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
