Role Purpose:
Responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs for
small size projects
. This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labour negotiations, and employee relations.
Key Accountabilities:

Provide new employee and daily workers with information regarding attendance policy.

Makes Sure that every employee and daily worker have their fingerprint stored and working on attendance machine.

Extract the attendance reports from SAP and review it with the project manager and the people partner.

Train the new hired employees on using the SAP self-services.

Conclude any deductions and/or payroll variables timely.

Make sure employees applied for annual leave online and inform PM & People partner about any deviation

Get PM's sign off on project organization chart monthly.

Schedule Interviews with candidates for technical evaluation and send to people partner the assessment to complete recruitment process

Get signature on resignation / form 6 / Clearance form in site and coordinate with head office to arrange an exit interview.

Assist in collecting Objectives Setting forms and Achievement Review from all staff on site.

Follow up on the mid-year review in coordination with the people partner

Calculate the casual’s payroll biweekly in compliance with company policy

Hire the casuals and collect copy of ID / Personal photo/ criminal record.

Cascade & train staff on new projects and/or policies as required in compliance with predefined timelines.

Comply with HSE Requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant or related fields.

A minimum of 2
-4
years’ experience.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
-
Excellent Command of English language skills.
