HR Operations

Overall Job Purpose

Assume responsibility for executing and managing day-to-day HR operational activities in accordance with approved policies and applicable laws and regulations, ensuring accuracy of procedures, regulatory compliance, and business continuity, while contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute the full employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, and termination, in accordance with approved policies and regulations.
  • Manage and regularly update employee records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
  • Monitor attendance, working hours, leave management, and handle exceptions in compliance with applicable policies and labor regulations.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence by employees and departments.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding payroll, benefits, and employee entitlements, ensuring the accuracy of entered data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and address HR-related operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare official HR correspondence, periodic reports, and key performance indicators related to HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant governmental regulations, and coordinate with official authorities when required.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and fostering a positive organizational work environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information and adhere to professional ethics at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Practical experience in HR Operations.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and computer applications.
