VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Directly managing the CEO of Eczacıbaşı Vitra Karo’s schedule and organizing necessary meetings and events,
• Managing phone and email traffic, and ensuring the follow-up of required documents,
• Coordinating travel and accommodation reservations with agencies,
• Ensuring necessary communications within and outside the organization,
• Providing similar support to the Senior Management team when needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Possesses strong communication skills, planning, organization, and follow-up abilities,
• Proficient in correspondence techniques,
• Has at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant,
• Fluent in English,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively.
