IDEAL PROFILE

• University degree
• 8 - 10 years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is a must
• Knowledge of using MS Office programs
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Flexible to work in the evenings and on weekends as necessary
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
• Willing to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilities
• Strong management guest relationships
• High degree of initiative and attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Good planning and organization skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Coordinating EVP of SPORTS's communication with other departments
• Conducting communication with Football Teams and TFF (Turkish Football Federation)
• Managing EVP of SPORTS's calendars including tasks like scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, booking travel, help to prioritize requests and projects, etc.
• Preparing agendas, pre-review documents, take notes and organize follow-up items
• Accepting local and international guests and guiding them
• Arranging protocol seats and accreditation cards for Executive via TFF and UEFA officers
• Conducting communication with Football Teams and TFF (Turkish Football Federation)
• Responsibility from VIP Boxes of beIN SPORTS at the Stadiums.
