Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly capable, startup-experienced Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and oversee daily office operations in our Tribeca headquarters.
At its core, this role is about leverage. You will manage a complex and fast-moving schedule, understand shifting business priorities, and make thoughtful decisions about where the leadership team’s time is best spent. You won’t just schedule meetings - you’ll understand what they’re for, how they connect to company goals, and how to sequence them intelligently.
This role requires strong judgment, calm execution under pressure, and a clear understanding of how startups operate. You should be detail-oriented, discreet, and highly organized, with the ability to anticipate needs and prevent problems before they arise.
This position is fully on-site in Tribeca, NYC, five days per week.
Core Responsibilities

Manage the complex calendars with a clear understanding of business priorities and competing demands.

Sequence meetings strategically to optimize focus, preparation time, and energy.

Serve as the primary gatekeeper for inbound requests, applying thoughtful judgment to scheduling decisions.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics, materials, and preparation are handled in advance.

Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and administrative workflows with precision.

Maintain visibility into ongoing priorities to ensure alignment between schedule and company objectives.

Communicate clearly and professionally with board members, investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced environment.

Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred.

Exceptional calendar management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.

Strong business judgment and ability to understand how executive time maps to company priorities.

Compensation
Salary Range:
$110,000–$120,000 USD base salary, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and equity.
