We’re seeking a Corporate Executive Assistant to join our team in Milwaukee, providing high-level support to our C-Suite leadership team (excluding the CEO). We welcome seasoned Executive Assistants who excel in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, as well as driven early-career professionals who are eager to launch their career in a professional, high-impact setting.

This role is central to keeping executive operations running seamlessly — from managing complex calendars and coordinating international travel to preparing board materials and organizing executive-level interviews. Success requires exceptional discretion, sharp judgment, strong organizational skills, and unwavering professionalism.

What you’ll do

• Manage complex calendars for multiple C-level executives, coordinating internal and external meetings across global time zones.
• Coordinate the scheduling of job interviews for executive-level candidates with C-Suite leaders by acting as a liaison between HR and Talent Acquisition to manage candidate communications and itineraries.
• Draft, review, and manage confidential communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with executive tone.
• Serve as a professional point of contact between the C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and candidates.
• Process expenses, invoices, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare daily and weekly schedules, meeting agendas, and briefing documents as needed.
• Anticipate and respond to administrative needs and execute special projects on behalf of the executive team.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom).
