Executive Assistant – C-Suite, Recruitment & HR Support

We are seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and global teams. This high-visibility, fast-paced role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and being at the center of operations. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, oversee international travel, and partner with executives on strategic initiatives, including C-Suite level executive search and HR projects .
What You’ll Own
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage multiple global calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, calls, and events, and prepare executive meeting materials and pre-reads. Maintain shared calendars, collaborate across the EA team, and provide backup support as needed. Plan detailed domestic and international travel, optimize executive schedules, and handle last-minute changes seamlessly. Prepare and reconcile expense reports, maintain travel and event expense records, and support firm-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
HR & Confidential Support
Support the Recruitment and HR functions, including coordinating candidate communications, interviews, onboarding logistics, and training sessions. Handle sensitive employee and executive information with the highest level of discretion. Assist with special HR projects and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Event Coordination
Plan off-sites, conferences, and executive visits, managing all logistics including catering, A/V, materials, and registrations.
