Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative, logistical and organizational support to senior executives.
Key responsibilities

Scheduling and coordination: Manage complex schedules and calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries (flights, hotels, transportation) and handle inbox correspondence.

Communication and liaison: Act as a point of contact between executives, staff and clients and other partners; screen and direct calls and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Document and information management: Prepare, format and organize documents, presentations and reports, manage filing systems and take minutes during meetings.

Administrative support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing expense reports, managing filing system and maintaining contact databases.

Project and Company event management: Assist with special projects and the organization and planning of key internal and external events, including budget management.

Office Management: Is the key coordinator and manager of all things related to the Atlanta Office HQ, including budget management and timelines for key office initiatives.
Requirements:
Required skills and qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

Soft skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptability, outstanding organizational skills, time management and strong, proactive problem-solving abilities.

Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
