Location: Onsite – Washington, DC (Georgetown Waterfront)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & EVP

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to support the executive team's goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO's and executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
  • Oversee the general operation of the executive office, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Ensure a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Marketing experience is desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
