Executive Assistant

We are looking for a “ Executıve Assistant ” to support our Global Product and Data team.

What will be expected of you in this role?


  • Organizes and schedules appointments, organizes travel arrangements
  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Ensure the executive is fully prepared for meetings with briefings, presentations, and supporting documents
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.


Why you?


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields)
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt to and utilize technological tools and platforms effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
