Sales and Marketing Support Assistant
” for our global customer company opeating in pharmaceutical industry.
The role will be
six months
contracted.
Job Desciption:

Managing the Preparation Process for Congress & Meetings (creating and following a timetable for approval processes. determining the materials to be sent to the congress and preparing the submission lists, determining and organising the accommodation and transportation needs of the participants.)

Sending Promotional Materials and Samples to the Field Team: (following up promotional material stocks from SAP each month, identification of samples to representatives and reporting quarterly)

Supporting purchasing processes, creating and tracking purchase orders and contacting suppliers when necessary.

Supporting Contract Processes: Providing support for contract creation processes.

Uploading the contracts to the system, signature follow-up, closing the CAF process, and forwarding them to the Accounting department for stamp tax follow-up.
Qualifications:

University degree
-
Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment

Pharmaceutical industry experience is an asset

Good knowledge of Ms Office

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proactive and strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask & prioritize daily workload

Having a professional manner both in written and verbal communications
