A leading global digital infrastructure investment firm is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to join their New York City office in support of senior leadership within the Legal and Compliance team, including the Chief Compliance Officer. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally working in financial services and/or a similar corporate industry, and a Bachelors degree is required. Ideal candidates should be polished and professional, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced corporate environment. Salary depends on experience (90-120k base) plus discretionary bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision/etc. multiple medical plan options), 401(k) with employer match, 3 weeks PTO in the first year, increasing to 4 weeks after one year, 3 personal days + 6 sick days annually, monthly fitness reimbursement, pet insurance, and much more.

Hours are 9:00am 6:00pm, including a 1-hour lunch break. 5 days in office.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within Legal and Compliance, including the Chief Compliance Officer.

Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, conference calls, and logistics.

Manage complex calendars for multiple senior executives.

Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.

Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations.

Process monthly expense reports.

Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience.

Experience in financial services or a corporate professional environment strongly preferred.

Exposure to legal or compliance teams is a plus.

Bachelors degree required.

Extremely detail-oriented and organized.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Concur is a plus but not required.
