RENECO's mission is to implement a global conservation strategy aiming to restore and preserve the Houbara bustard populations of North Africa ( Chlamydotis undulata ) and Asia ( Chlamydotis macqueenii ).


To achieve these goals, RENECO has developed a multidisciplinary approach within different centers in Morocco, Central Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula by combining fundamental and applied research.


To cope with the expansion of its activities and due to the development of new conservation projects, RENECO is opening new positions in Morocco and Kazakhstan giving a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious conservation program.


Under the general supervision of the Centre Management Division (CMD) Manager, you will first join a captive breeding team, and you will be trained on all houbara bustard propagation techniques (Bird husbandry, nutrition, artificial reproduction, incubation, chick rearing, and release).


You will join the Central Management Division (CMD) under the supervision of the Head of Operations, and your main responsibilities will include:


  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Operations and the Division across all operational activities.
  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including internal system processing, visa coordination, and following up expenses.
  • Centralize and track Purchase Orders (POs) for signature while maintaining proactive liaison with the Purchasing Department.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and professional liaison between Division executives and key entities.
  • Organize meetings and events, ensuring seamless scheduling, reminders, and full availability of necessary equipment.
  • Draft internal memos and communications.
  • Oversee essential office administration, including executive call handling, meticulous filing, archiving, and document management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international organization.


Technical Skills:

  • Experienced in travel and expense management systems.
  • Familiar with procurement processes and PO tracking systems.
  • Skilled in document control, archiving, and records management systems.


IT Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
