Executive Assistant

THE ROLE

The firm is seeking Executive Assistants to support senior executives across multiple teams. This is a dynamic, high-volume support role suited for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments. EAs here are essential to ensuring the business runs smoothly navigating complex calendars, global travel, and tight deadlines with confidence and precision.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars (100+ meetings per week)
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel, including visas and multi-stop itineraries
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing meeting materials
  • Partnering closely with internal teams and global EA colleagues to ensure seamless support and coverage
  • Assisting with high-level administrative projects, streamlining processes, and supporting overall team efficiency


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a structured, high-performance setting. You’ll be a strong match if you bring a can-do mindset, a commitment to excellence, and genuine care for your work and its impact on the team.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities with professionalism and composure
  • Positive, humble, proactive, and highly dependable


THE COMP/BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $130,000
  • Hybrid: 4 days in office (core hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Paid OT built into core hours + a generous discretionary bonus
  • Excellent benefits including 100% healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, free breakfast/lunch/snacks daily, an on-site fitness center, and 15 vacation days + 7 sick days + public holidays (including Columbus Day and the day after Thanksgiving)
