This role plays a key part in ensuring priorities are well-managed and time is effectively allocated across both teams. Acting as a connector across the organization, the ideal candidate will help build and maintain strong internal and external relationships while supporting clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the HR Operations team and Senior Talent Development Director, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day priorities and initiatives</p></li><li><p>Own advanced calendar management for HR Operations leadership and Senior Talent Development Director, coordinating complex, cross-functional meetings (HR, Finance, Ops, vendors), proactively resolving conflicts, securing resources, and ensuring seamless execution</p></li><li><p>Lead coordination of select workshops, working sessions, and leadership forums, including scheduling, logistics, attendee management, and real-time adjustments to ensure successful delivery</p></li><li><p>Manage Corpay processing, including submission of invoices and expense reports for approval, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing</p></li><li><p>Prepare and reconcile additional expense reports and invoices for the HR Operations team, maintaining accuracy and adherence to company guidelines</p></li><li><p>Coordinate team activities and events, including internal and external meetings, offsites, vendor visits, team building events, and celebrations</p></li><li><p>Support mail distribution and handling (FedEx, UPS, USPS), ensuring timely and accurate routing of correspondence and packages</p></li><li><p>Serve as a responsive point of contact for the team, handling inquiries and routing requests with professionalism and urgency</p></li><li><p>Provide high-autonomy executive support, independently executing ad hoc requests across calendar management, communications, and logistics in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment, communication flow, and operational efficiency</p></li><li><p>Support the preparation of presentations and materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and executive-ready quality</p></li><li><p>Assist with coordination of conferences and industry events, including logistics, materials preparation, and scheduling support</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of three years’ experience supporting an Executive</p></li><li><p>Tech savvy; Proficient in PowerPoint, Office, and MS Excel, Teams, Zoom, etc.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>JOB TITLE: </b>EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT</p><p><b>JOB LOCATION: </b>FORT LAUDERDALE, FL </p><p><b>CLASSIFICATION: </b>FULL TIME – EXEMPT – SALARIED</p><p><b>REPORTS TO: </b>VICE PRESIDENT, HR OPERATIONS</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Moss<span> is an equal opportunity employer.
