Manage complex leadership calendars, prioritize requests, and coordinate meeting rooms and key attendees.

Plan and schedule projects, business events, and travel logistics; serve as liaison for visiting associates and guests.

Draft, edit, and send communications on behalf of leaders; triage and follow up on incoming messages.

Process invoices and expense reports; maintain reports, templates, and confidential business data.

Coordinate across stakeholders, escalate risks, and improve administrative processes and team rhythms.
What you’ll bring
- Experience supporting senior leaders with high-volume calendar management and meeting coordination.

Proven ability to plan travel and business events, including agendas, timelines, and technology needs.

Strong written communication skills (drafting/editing leader-ready messages and documents).

Experience handling expenses, invoices, and basic reporting with accuracy and confidentiality.

Sound judgment in prioritization, issue resolution, and stakeholder management across levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
