A leading real estate development company is seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to executive management and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of daily business operations.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing executive priorities in a fast-paced environment, coordinating schedules and meetings with precision, handling communications professionally, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion. This role requires strong organizational ability, excellent follow-up skills, and the capacity to represent executive management in a professional manner that reflects the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, letters, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Follow up on tasks, directives, and priorities assigned by executive management to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, clients, partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of executive management.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and administrative documentation for ease of access and reference.
  • Support executive management in prioritizing activities and maintaining an efficient daily workflow.
  • Safeguard confidential information, documents, and sensitive business matters.
  • Contribute to improving administrative efficiency, coordination, and follow-through across executive activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience in executive support, executive assistance, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, priorities, and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.
  • Strong ability to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations to a high professional standard.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in real estate development, construction, or project management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
