Executive Assistant

We are hiring a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive Executive Assistant to Founder to support daily execution, scheduling, follow-up, communication, and business coordination. This is a high-trust role for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, protect executive time, and ensure important priorities do not get lost. You should be calm under pressure, sharp with details, strong in written communication, and able to follow through without being chased. Key Responsibilities Manage calendar, meetings, reminders, scheduling, and priority tracking Follow up internally and externally to keep tasks moving Draft professional emails, summaries, notes, and structured documents Support research, reporting, presentations, and information gathering Organize files, records, key documents, and meeting outputs Help leadership stay focused by reducing noise and improving execution flow Assist with business coordination across departments and external contacts Requirements Excellent English communication, written and verbal Very strong organization and follow-up skills Strong attention to detail and task ownership Professional, discreet, and dependable Able to manage competing priorities with clarity Good with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Comfortable in a fast-paced founder-led environment Strong Advantages Previous experience supporting a founder, executive, or senior leadership team Strong business writing ability Experience with coordination, scheduling, reporting, and internal follow-up UAE-based candidates are preferred, but exceptional remote candidates may be considered This Role Is Not for You If You wait to be told every step You miss details often You are weak in written communication You are reactive instead of proactive You struggle with follow-through What Success Looks Like Better organization Fewer missed follow-ups Cleaner scheduling and communication Reduced executive overload Faster movement on priorities Application Instructions Please apply with: your CV, current location, notice period, expected salary, and a short note explaining why you are a strong fit for a founder-support role.
