Executive Assistant – Infrastructure Team
We are partnering with a global investment firm with a strong presence in infrastructure investing. The team focuses on long-term investments in essential infrastructure businesses with stable cash flows and a global footprint.
This role will support senior members of the Infrastructure team based in New York and work closely with other administrative professionals both locally and internationally.
What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a group of investment professionals

Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones (including Europe and Asia)

Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation)

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage changes

Prepare and submit expense reports in Concur

Coordinate with international offices and global counterparts

Assist with team initiatives such as recruiting coordination, events, and ad hoc projects
What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role

Experience supporting multiple executives, ideally in financial services or a professional services environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders with different working styles

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Strong technical skills, including Outlook and familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Teams, DocuSign, Concur, and SharePoint

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
