Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 15 hours per week

Work Environment: Hybrid

Required In-Office Day: Mondays

Flexible Hours: Remaining hours can be hybrid with a flexible schedule coordinated with leadership

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination

Assist with email communication and follow-up tasks

Organize documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Support recruiting, onboarding, and team communication efforts

Help coordinate events, meetings, and leadership projects

Track deadlines and ensure action items are completed

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

Provide administrative support to restaurant leadership as needed

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Self-motivated and dependable with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

Administrative or executive assistant experience preferred

Experience in hospitality, recruiting, or customer service is a plus
