We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of the company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, mainly fast typing of E-mail, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating smooth communication between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise between executives and various departments, clients, and partners to ensure effective communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Organize and maintain important documents and files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Must have fast typing skill (above 80 WPM)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
