What We Are Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a trusted partner to executive leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. You'll support the President by managing priorities, coordinating schedules and travel, facilitating communication, and handling confidential information with care. Beyond executive support, you'll serve as a key administrative resource for both the office and warehouse, helping keep day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in anticipating needs, solving problems, and supporting the success of the organization as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
  • Experience supporting senior executives or business owners strongly preferred
  • Experience managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting executive meetings and confidential communications
  • Notary Public certification or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated integrity with the ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and appropriately handle highly sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and proactively solve problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other business software applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
  • A reliable source of transportation
